Marinated Pork Strips

Here’s a great recipe to do yourself, or if you’re really short of time then pick up a pack of our ready marinated pork strips available in store now!



  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 c ketchup
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 x 330ml lemon-lime soda
  • 1kg pork fingers or pork strips



  1. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Place pork in a heavy resealable plastic bag; add marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Drain and discard marinade.
  4. Thread pork onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill over hot heat for 12 minutes, turning once.
