Lamb Rolled Shoulder Roast (Boneless)

Boned lamb rolled shoulder roast is a fantastic butcher finished technique to give you a nice, tidy roast that is very easy to cook and even easier to carve! Place the lamb on a wire rack in a roasting tray and rub the outside of the lamb with the olive oil. Roast for approximately 30mins per 500g or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 15 minutes before carving, to serve.
