Lamb Rolled Loin Roast (Boneless)

Whole boned lamb loin roast is a fantastic butcher finished technique to give you a nice, tidy roast that is very easy to cook and even easier to carve! Drizzle with oil and roast for approximately 30mins per 500g or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 15 minutes before carving, to serve.
